Use this page to request deletion of selected personal data from MEON MAP without deleting your account.
What can be deleted
You may request deletion of specific personal data without closing your account. Some information may be required to keep the account functional, and some records may need to be retained where required by law or for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or payment records.
What happens after your request
For security, MEON may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing a deletion request. Verified requests are processed as promptly as reasonably possible and generally within 30 days, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security, tax, payment, or other record-retention obligations.
How to submit a request
- Use the same email address associated with your MEON MAP account.
- Click Request data deletion above and send the pre-filled email.
- MEON may request identity verification before processing.
- If you cannot use the button, email info@meonmarket.com and use the subject “MEON MAP - Data Deletion Request”.
