Delete Your MEON MAP Account and Data

MEON USA LLC provides this page for MEON MAP users who want to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete from inside MEON MAP

  1. Sign in to MEON MAP.
  2. Open Privacy Center from your profile/settings.
  3. Select Request Account Deletion.
  4. Review the notice, type DELETE, and submit the request.

Delete without access to the app

Email info@meonmarket.com from the email address associated with your MEON MAP account. Use the subject MEON MAP Account Deletion Request. If you no longer control that email address, explain that in your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership before deleting data.

What deletion covers. A completed account-deletion request deletes the MEON MAP account and associated personal data that MEON is not required or permitted to retain. Temporary deactivation or freezing is not used as a substitute for deletion.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing or transaction records, dispute resolution, or establishment/exercise/defense of legal claims. Any retained information is limited to the purpose requiring retention and is handled under the MEON MAP Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your MEON MAP account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel the subscription through the applicable store account to prevent future store renewals.
