MEON MAP is a navigation, fleet-operations, and technology marketplace platform. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and safely.
Routes, traffic, restrictions, community reports, and other map information may be incomplete or delayed. Drivers remain responsible for road signs, laws, vehicle restrictions, safe driving, and real-world conditions.
MEON MAP provides software that allows Shippers, Brokers, Dispatch/Carrier Companies, and Drivers to discover opportunities, submit offers or applications, communicate, manage workflow, and record operational status or proof. MEON does not itself select a carrier or driver for a user, negotiate transportation terms on a user's behalf, take possession of cargo or vehicles, or guarantee that transportation will be performed.
Shippers, Brokers, Dispatch/Carrier Companies, and Drivers remain responsible for their own contracts, rates, authority, licensing, insurance, taxes, compliance, equipment, safety, transportation performance, payment obligations, and business decisions. A MEON verification badge means only that the account passed the verification process then in effect; it is not a warranty, endorsement, insurance policy, or guarantee of performance.
Marketplace information is shown according to account role and workflow. Shipper transport requests may be made available to eligible verified Brokers; Broker carrier postings may be made available to eligible verified Dispatch/Carrier Companies; and a selected Dispatch/Carrier Company may publish an open driver opportunity to eligible MEON MAP drivers. Contact details may be limited until the relevant parties establish a job relationship through the Service.
MEON may require verified email or phone information and, for higher-trust business roles, business identity, regulatory identifiers, insurance, tax/business forms, registration records, or other supporting documents. MEON may approve, reject, suspend, expire, or request re-verification of an account. Users must keep submitted information current and accurate. Verification does not replace a user's independent obligation to verify a counterparty before doing business.
Freight and transportation payments are handled directly between the parties outside MEON MAP. MEON does not receive, hold, split, route, escrow, or guarantee freight transaction funds. Shippers, Brokers, Dispatch/Carrier Companies, and Drivers are responsible for agreeing on rates, invoices, payment timing, payment methods, and settlement directly with each other. MEON subscription, Turbo, seat, advertising, and banner charges are separate platform fees and are not freight transaction payments.
Roadside requests and community assistance are optional coordination tools, not emergency-response services. For immediate danger or medical emergencies, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Drivers and service providers are responsible for deciding whether it is safe and lawful to stop, assist, perform repairs, tow, or provide roadside services. MEON verification indicates account/business review status and is not a warranty of work.
You are responsible for account security and for ensuring organization users have appropriate permissions. Organization administrators may manage fleet-related data and access according to assigned roles. You may not impersonate another person or business, submit false verification information, or misuse another business's regulatory identifiers.
Paid software features may require an active subscription. Prices and eligible features are shown before purchase. MEON may separately charge software subscription, seat, broker-plan, advertising, or banner fees. Such platform fees do not by themselves make MEON a party to a transportation transaction.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or fraudulent content, manipulate job/proof records, misrepresent authority or insurance, or interfere with service operation.
The Safety Rules and Community Reporting Rules are incorporated into these Terms for users of the relevant features.
